Product Overview
The design principle of CYG3002 digital intelligent pressure switch adopts MEMS technology to manufacture a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor with precise temperature compensation as the pressure sensing element. During operation, the elastic membrane is a silicon membrane, and the maximum displacement is in the sub micron range, so there is no wear, fatigue, or aging. The lifespan is over 107 pressure cycles. By using highly reliable digital circuits, the signal processing from the sensor output to the switch output that can set the alarm pressure value arbitrarily is completed, creating an intuitive digital pressure display that is easy for users to adjust. The digital pressure instrument and transmitter technology are organically combined to convert the pressure signal sensed by the pressure sensitive element into a switch signal output. It integrates pressure measurement, display, and control, making it convenient to use.
The design of CYG3002 digital intelligent pressure switch deviates from the principle of analog signal comparison output used in traditional electronic pressure switches, solving the problems of unstable high and low output levels caused by analog comparison results, frequent relay shaking, low control accuracy, and great inconvenience to the entire control.
